-Convert the Evaluation version to FULL with DISM command.

-Open CMD as administrator.

-Check the current version of your system using the following command: DISM /Online /Get-CurrentEdition

- Use this command to convert Windows Server from the evaluation version: DISM /online /Set-Edition: ServerStandard /ProductKey: XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX /AcceptEula
